**Location:** Remote
**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Compensation:** $140,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience
**Reports To:** CEO / Head of Product

## About Us

We are an education technology company building AI-enabled solutions that help schools, districts, educators, and education leaders improve how they support students, manage workflows, and make better decisions.

Our products are designed for real education environments where trust, usability, privacy, accessibility, and measurable impact matter. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can help us turn complex educator, administrator, and student needs into simple, scalable, and high-value product experiences.

## About the Role

The Senior Product Manager, AI-enabled EdTech Solutions will own product strategy and execution for key areas of our platform. This person will lead discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, requirements, delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing product improvement.

This is a hands-on product leadership role for someone who is energized by education technology, and is excited about the practical use of AI to improve educator workflows, learning experiences, operational efficiency, and student outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong product fundamentals, customer empathy, technical fluency, and the ability to work across engineering, design, data, customer success, implementation, sales, and leadership teams.

We are especially interested in candidates who are proficient in agentic AI tools or highly willing to learn and adopt them as part of their product management workflow.

## What You'll Do

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for AI-enabled EdTech solutions across our SaaS platform.
- Lead product discovery with educators, administrators, district leaders, customer success teams, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Translate customer needs, user workflows, market insights, and business priorities into clear product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and release plans.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Sales, Implementation, and Leadership to deliver products that are useful, intuitive, reliable, and scalable.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, data insights, and workflow intelligence to reduce friction, improve decision-making, and create better user experiences.
- Use product analytics, customer feedback, user research, and adoption data to inform prioritization and measure product success.
- Help define and evaluate AI-enabled product features with attention to trust, transparency, privacy, responsible use, and practical customer value.
- Support integrations, data workflows, reporting, dashboards, platform capabilities, educator-facing tools, and administrative workflows as needed.
- Create clear product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch plans, internal enablement materials, and customer-facing product narratives.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support product positioning, sales enablement, launch readiness, customer pilots, and adoption.
- Use agentic AI tools to improve product research, workflow design, prototyping, documentation, competitive analysis, roadmap planning, user story development, and internal productivity.

## What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, EdTech, education platforms, learning products, workflow software, analytics, curriculum technology, assessment, or AI-enabled products.
- Experience owning product work from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Strong understanding of SaaS product development, agile delivery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional product execution.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, data/analytics, customer success, sales, and implementation teams.
- Ability to synthesize customer feedback, user research, analytics, and business priorities into clear product decisions.
- Strong technical fluency, including comfort discussing APIs, data flows, integrations, platform architecture, AI-enabled features, analytics, or technical tradeoffs.
- Experience building products for complex users, multi-stakeholder environments, or enterprise/B2B customers.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to write clear requirements, align stakeholders, and explain product decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and making practical tradeoff decisions.
- Proficiency with agentic AI tools, or a strong willingness to learn and adopt them quickly.
- A genuine interest in improving education through thoughtful, usable, trusted technology.

## AI Tooling Expectations

We do not expect this person to be an AI engineer. We do expect curiosity, adoption, and practical usage.

The right candidate should be comfortable using, evaluating, or learning tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Zapier, Make, AI research tools, AI prototyping tools, AI note-taking tools, and other agentic AI systems that improve product discovery, documentation, research, prototyping, workflow automation, and decision support.

You should be interested in how AI can improve both the products we build and the way product teams work.

## Nice to Have

- Experience in K–12 education, district-facing SaaS, student data platforms, learning analytics, curriculum products, assessments, MTSS, SEL, intervention, rostering, SIS/LMS integrations, or educator workflows.
- Experience with AI-enabled products, generative AI, workflow automation, recommendation systems, personalization, chat-based interfaces, or data insight products.
- Background as an educator, curriculum developer, implementation lead, customer success partner, learning designer, or education consultant.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Productboard, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Figma, SQL, Notion, Linear, or similar product/data platforms.
- Experience working in an early-stage, growth-stage, or fast-moving SaaS environment.

## Who You Are

You are a product builder who can think strategically and execute practically.

You can speak with customers, understand workflow pain, partner with engineering, evaluate data, clarify requirements, and help the business make smart product decisions.

You care about outcomes, not just features. You know how to listen deeply, prioritize clearly, and build products that solve real problems.

You are collaborative, curious, structured, humble, and comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.

You believe AI should make education technology more useful, more human-centered, and more effective — not more complicated.

## Why This Role Matters

Education teams need technology they can trust. Schools and districts are being asked to do more with limited time, limited resources, and increasingly complex student needs.

This role will help shape AI-enabled products that make education workflows easier, insights clearer, and support more timely and actionable.

You will have the opportunity to build meaningful products that serve educators, administrators, students, and school communities at scale.

## Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience.

This is a remote, full-time role reporting to the CEO / Head of Product.

## How to Apply

Please apply with your resume and a brief note sharing one product you have built, improved, or scaled — especially one that involved education, SaaS, AI, data, workflow automation, or complex user needs.
